Overview

VedhaNirvana Private Limited(“VedhaNirvana”, “we”, “us”) provides bookkeeping, reconciliations, BAS prep, and workpaper support to Australian and New Zealand businesses and practices. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our services and website.

Our operating model

We work inside our clients' cloud accounting environments (e.g. Xero, MYOB). We do not download accounting files to local storage at our delivery centre. You retain control over data, access permissions, and review of finished work.

Information we collect

• Website enquiries: Name, company / practice name, email address, and message content submitted via our contact form.
• Business communications: Information shared during onboarding, NDAs, and service delivery.
• Website analytics: Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (page views, device type, general location).

Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

Where we handle personal information in connection with Australian clients, we align our practices with the Australian Privacy Principles. This includes limiting collection to what is necessary, securing data through access controls and NDAs, and not using client data for any purpose other than delivering agreed services.

Cross-border data handling

Our delivery team is located in India. Access to client data occurs remotely through client-controlled cloud platforms. We do not maintain independent copies of accounting data outside authorised systems.

Data security

• Multi-factor authentication on all system access
• Non-disclosure agreements before any engagement
• Clean-desk and secure network policies at our delivery centre
• No local download or storage of client accounting files
