Workflows are designed around APP requirements for cross-border data handling. We sign NDAs before any access and follow your data policies.
Zero local file storage
Our team works inside your Xero, MYOB, or secure remote desktop. Accounting files are not downloaded to local devices at our delivery centre.
Clear handoff of finished work
Reconciliations, BAS drafts, and workpapers are prepared to an agreed standard and returned in your cloud software for your review.
How we handle your data
VedhaNirvana Private Limited provides bookkeeping and compliance support from India into Australian and New Zealand client environments. Security is operational, not just a policy page.
Access controls
Multi-factor authentication on system access. Client-controlled user permissions — you decide what we can see and when access ends.
NDA before access
No production access until a mutual NDA (or your preferred agreement) is in place. Scope stays limited to agreed services.
Cloud-native delivery
Work stays in authorised platforms you already use. We do not maintain independent copies of ledgers outside those systems.
Cross-border delivery
Our delivery team is in India. Access to client data happens remotely through platforms you control (for example Xero or MYOB). We align practices with Australian Privacy Principles where personal information is handled in connection with Australian clients, and we do not use client data for purposes beyond agreed services.
